Portable solid wood sports flooring: a kind of prefinished wood flooring with wood keel and cushion embedded on the bottom of the surface floor at our factory.  

For the portable system, the structure from the top to the bottom is:

Top floor: Solid Maple/Birch/Hevea, Thickness: 22 mm, Size: L 1800mm x W 392mm

Larch LVL wood keels：Thickness: Overall 30 mm, embedded floor 5 mm, exposed 25 mm

Shock absorption Cushion with cover: hard foam, Size: H 6*W 25*L 40mm
